yay!!!

Jarrod called me today with the good news. We can take a "loan" against his 401K and all interest is paid to ourselves, and we don't take the penalties associated with removing cash from 401Ks. We're going to make it until my job starts paying!

I'm so relieved, my stress level went down, my entire body felt different. I am so thankful that we're going to be alright. Suddenly all of my other problems seemed less damning and my normal cheerful outlook came back. :) I started crying on the phone when he said it. The best part is we don't have to borrow ANY money from mom and dad.

I talked to them today and although they were sad we had to do this, they were really pleased we found an escape plan for this problem that was not our fault. They've been feeling terrible for me the last couple of days, and mom even offered to let me sell her mother's Hummels to pay off the rent. I told her no way was I going to do that to her.

Ret. Judge Nuss from my job is on the news doing the church scandal mediations. They said that he doesn't even take lunch breaks. Man, that's dedication.
